Resident Counselor - Rusty developed a desire to learn about counseling from his encounters with real people with real problems within the life of the church and community. He views counseling as a means to develop emotionally and spiritually. Rusty is a committed Christian counselors because He believes that through an encounter with Jesus one experiences legitimate life change. However, Rusty is committed professional counselor because he uses empirically tested techniques that have proven to aid clients whatever their problem.
