Office Manager - lla joined Resource Guidance in the spring of 2005. She has had extensive office management and bookkeeping experience, working previously as a secretary and bookkeeper for St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Powhatan for nearly 13 years. Ila coordinates with our billing company sending all client info, payments and needed corrections or adjustments. She does all bookkeeping, payroll, tax reports and record keeping needed for RGS. She is always available for questions and concerns.
Before her son’s birth in 1984 Ila had also worked in the data processing departments of some of the largest banks in the Richmond area. Born and raised in Richmond, but hailing originally from the Blue Ridge Mountains, Ila and her husband have enjoyed the country quiet of Powhatan over the past the 28 years.
